- Who we are...
-
MightyIT is a London based IT consultancy working with
SME's to provide total system management.
Since incorporation in 1997, we have
developed a client base ranging
from start up business with
a few desktops through local government support to full
network maintenance for businesses in the financial
sector. New business comes primarily through recommendation
and we are fortunate
enough to have the recommendations of
local enterprise agencies and business support organisations.
- What we do...
-
We can help your business with
all aspects of your IT needs. Specifying and supplying
all required equipment whether server, desktop, mobile or network infrastructure. We work closely with our suppliers to offer
our clients premium equipment and support at all times
offering on-site support with
a 4 hour response time to contracted clients.
-
We can
help you define your needs, source the required equipment,
install and configure software and hardware to your exact
requirements and then test and support
users until they are happy with
the new installation.
-
We can help with
connectivity whether broadband, satellite or dial up - our
links with top level ISPs help
us to offer a superior level of service. Security
issues are at the forefront of
our reasoning and we can can supply and configure firewall
hardware and software to meet your needs.
- Where we do it...
-
Our main client
base is central and south east London, where we can offer
time critical support direct to our clients.
Our use of remote access to client
systems helps with the
day to day support offered but we will always aim to offer
site visits as required.

- History
-
Incorporated as MightyIT Limited in 1997, the company was
born out of assessing the need of small business to have
access to premium levels of support for all aspects of their
IT. Larger companies had
always had both the resources and infrastructure to support
end users direct from their in-house IT departments or by
out sourcing to large IT support organisations.
-
The growth of PC use and the need to share data between
users brought this need for networking
support to the SME market
place.
-
-
Our defining aim is to provide small business with
support for their systems at a level previously
only found in corporate environments.
- Offering
-
In most cases we will work
with
clients through a complete
installation and then offer
ongoing support. We do take on "fire
fighting" roles for clients
where problems have been encountered
- often gaining clients
in this way. We are not in the marketplace of selling
individual machines and considering our job finished. Our costs
and operational methods make such requests uneconomic for
both us and the client.
